The problem may be a more general failure of current NetBSD 6.99.22 or
6.99.23 amd64 with devel/cmake of current pkgsrc. I have cleaned
/usr/obj and rebuilt 6.99.23 today, one machine with X11_TYPE=native,
the other with X11_TYPE=modular. I then make replaced all of the
dependencies of cmake and cmake itself. An easy demonstration of the
problem can be made trying to build or replace
 audio/taglib.

which exhibits the same problem as devel/automoc4.

devel/cmake was able to be used to rebuild
textproc/shared-desktop-ontologies and www/libproxy, so it is not a
complete failure of cmake to function.
