This is a duplicate of PR toolchain/45673.  /usr/include/x86/lock.h
has been changed in current and in the netbsd-6 branch, but not in
netbsd-5.  You could just apply the one-line patch from:

cvs rdiff -u -r1.25 -r1.26 src/sys/arch/x86/include/lock.h
