we have a small typo in databases/libgda-mysql/Makefile:

CONFIGURE_ARGS+=        --with-=mysql

given:

./configure --help|grep mysql
  --with-mysql=<directory>      use mysql backend in <directory>

Both cases, before and after the below patch, work against a mysql database. 
(as well as --with-mysql=nonexistent works as well.)
