 I tried it a few days ago but without success, I could try again to at
 least come up with error messages if I can't get it to build though.
 
 Since I needed a working system and 8.12.0 was easy to setup, I thought
 it'd be best to fix ECL in -current+pkgsrc-2009Q1 at least and keep
 8.12.0 for them, and resume work on the wip one until it works to then
 replace 8.12.0 with it on -current pkgsrc?
