net/netname nedds a few changes to successfully install on IRIX

Add USE_BUILDLINK3= yes to deal with the -pipe cc option.
Change patch-aa to have the INSTALL= definition commented out in the Makefile, 
so that the pkgsrc INSTALL is used (at least on IRIX 5.3 the system install is 
not compatible with the command line options used; they are for BSD install).
