maybe add --with-libwww-include= ${LOCALBASE}/include/w3c-libwww? (and 
similarly for --with-libwww-libdir as well?). Thre question remains why this is 
actually needed and the includes not being taken care of by buildlink3 instead.

 The missing files are installed and present under 
${LOCALBASE}/include/w3c-libwww.
 
 Makefile.common includes ../../www/libwww/buildlink3.mk, but this seems 
insufficient.
