        in kdebase-3.2.1/kicker/applets/naughty/NaughtyProcessMonitor.cpp i 
noticed
        some linux and some openbsd specific code, but nothing else.

        i noticed the build complain that __OpenBSD__ wasn't defined.  that was
        caused by an "#elif __OpenBSD__" (should be "#elifdef __OpenBSD__" i 
guess.)
        i then looked at the file and realised it does nothing on netbsd.

        i think most of the openbsd code can be re-used, but should be updated
        for kproc_info2.
