I tried to make a ccd partition a component of a ccd today.. it failed
miserably. This same component, worked great as a raidframe component.. only
hours ago. When I attempted to use a stacked ccd.. I got:

ccd1: error 22 on component 7
sd11(bha0:1:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x2a 00 00 89 5b d7 00 00 1d 00
    SENSE KEY: Illegal Request
   INFO FIELD: 9001943
ASC/ASCQ: Logical Block Address Out of Range
     FRU CODE: 0x1
SKSV: Error in CDB, Offset 2

ccd0: error 22 on component 0
ccd1: error 22 on component 7
sd12(bha0:2:0): Check Condition on CDB: 0x2a 00 00 89 5b 72 00 00 6c 00
    SENSE KEY: Illegal Request
   INFO FIELD: 9001842
ASC/ASCQ: Logical Block Address Out of Range
     FRU CODE: 0x4
SKSV: Error in CDB, Offset 2, bit 7

ccd0 is the original ccd (composed of sd11 and sd12). ccd1 is the new ccd.
Attempting to write to that ccd spit out the above errors.
