I tested qemu-system-aarch64 10.2 from homebrew. I see the error with =
11.1.
I think this is related to qemu 11.1 support for
ARM: =E2=80=98virt=E2=80=99 board support for specifying cache topology, =
=E2=80=98hvf=E2=80=99 accelerator now supports nested virtualization and =
vGIC
