 Shows how much I know...
 
 I've rolled back to 22-Oct-2018 20:55 UTC, after the jdolecek-ncqfixes
 merge, but before any other changes to ic/siisata.c or pci/siisata_pci.c.
 The resulting kernel correctly detects the disks attached to the siisata(4)
 card.
 
 Now rolling forward to 22-Oct-2018 21:00 UTC, at which the next change
 to pci/siisata_pci.c is to enable MSI.  This is the next likely culprit.
