	When booting above image on a Dell R740 or a Supermicro A2SDi the bootloader fails with:

>How-To-Repeat:
	Boot above image and watch the bootloader fail.
>Fix:
	Analysis has shown that the EFI environment claims the device to
	be a hard disk. Thus only the hard disk label reading strategies
	are tried and a check for ISO9660 is no done. 
	Bootloader need to grow better label/partition reding strategies.
	No fix known right now save for installing an alternate OS.
	This happens now on two EFI-only systems and EFI-only is appearing
	more often now.
