When installing NetBSD 5 on a system with an Intel Xeon QuadCore processor and 
Intel server motherboard with 8 GBs of RAM, only one processor was detected.

The "fix" indicated below resolves the problem, and should be included in the 
INSTALL documentation in order to help others.

In the BIOS settings, under "Processor -> Advanced" enable the "Multi-Thread 
Support In MPS table" option to use all cores on "Intel Xeon QuadCore 3000 
Sequence" processors with Intel S3200SHV and S3210SHLC motherboards.
