Synopsis: NetBSD-sparc64 seems to have trouble initializing PCI interrupts

I've replaced the 3Com card with an Intel PRO1000/MT network card:

wm0 at pci1 dev 1 function 0: Intel i82540EM 1000BASE-T Ethernet, rev. 2
wm0: interrupting at ivec 0
wm0: 32-bit 66MHz PCI bus
wm0: 64 word (6 address bits) MicroWire EEPROM
wm0: Ethernet address 00:07:e9:0e:bb:33
makphy0 at wm0 phy 1: Marvell 88E1011 Gigabit PHY, rev. 3
makphy0: 10baseT, 10baseT-FDX, 100baseTX, 100baseTX-FDX, 1000baseT,
1000baseT-FDX, auto

There are no problems with this card:

PING ( 56 data bytes
64 bytes from icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=0.646 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=1 ttl=255 time=0.831 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=2 ttl=255 time=0.840 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=3 ttl=255 time=1.054 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=4 ttl=255 time=0.826 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=5 ttl=255 time=1.032 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=6 ttl=255 time=0.808 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=7 ttl=255 time=1.018 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=8 ttl=255 time=0.768 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=9 ttl=255 time=1.000 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=10 ttl=255 time=0.843 ms
64 bytes from icmp_seq=11 ttl=255 time=1.107 ms
---- PING Statistics----
12 packets transmitted, 12 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 0.646/0.898/1.107/0.140 ms

The interrupt handling issue is definitely fixed.
