After using e.g. shutdown to halt the system, rebooting by pressing
any key does not work anymore. It used to work, but I don't remember
        $ shutdown -h now
        syncing disks... done
        unmounting file systems... done
        The operating system has halted.
        Please press any key to reboot.

Press any key, but the system does not reboot. Nothing happens...
