Has anyone looked into these messages from lfs_cleanerd?

I recently started trying out LFS, and after a week or so of use, my
/var/log/messages is being filled with the above errors. I see that Thor
Lancelot Simon reported the same thing in

fsck_lfs doesn't have any complaints about the filesystem...
