Is this an SM100? FRU #370-1388? That module shows as only supported in
the 600 series. (I'll try not to use past tense even though it's been
EOL'd in Solaris :)

If it's one of the other hypersparc variants, make sure you have a fairly
recent OBP revision. 2.25 should work with all of them.
