Log Message:
Add a subdirectory "otherweb" to be used to generating pages meant
for sub-websites like nyftp.netbsd.org.

This is intended to make maintenance easier, using the same web stuff
to generate eliminates the need to modify when changing the website's
layout.


To generate a diff of this commit:
