Update the anchor in `>> Learn More' to the `About the NetBSD Project' page.

about/features.xml page was removed on Dec 2017. However, to learn more about
NetBSD the about/index.xml is a good start.

Thanks to Grady Martin who pointed out the broken link via WWW feedback!

XXX: docs/guide/en/chap-intro.xml and docs/misc/index.xml needs to be adjusted
XXX: too!
