Get rid of (no more available, broken links) historical information.

For potential and interested NetBSD historians, historical NetBSD 1.4 and 1.5 Release
Schedule are available to the omniscience Wayback Machine (...or please just
look at the CVS history!).

Regarding `Building and Packaging a NetBSD Release or Snapshot' article the page
was removed one year ago (all the information are contained in `The NetBSD
Guide').
