Tweak several links in recent OSC entries:
 - add a link to my presentation at OSC Hokkaido
 - adjust links to picture, slide and paper of
   "Twitter time line on NetBSD/dreamcast Visual Memory"
   by Yasushi Oshima at OSC Nagoya
 - use actual links rather than shortened t.co ones
 - fix some incorrect links to port pages
