Update some being obsolete descriptions:
- update INSTALL note links from (no longer existent) 3.0 to 5.0.1
- also use http://ftp.NetBSD.org/ URLs rather than ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/
- remove pre-2.0 example (use "absent" keyword in raid0.conf by default)
  and update screen output examples about raidctl(8) commands accordingly
- also update other command output examples using 5.0.1 (checked on qemu)

XXX1: probably we should remove description about weird swap partitioning
      in "16.3.7. Setting up kernel dumps" since 5.0 and later support
      dump to /dev/raid0b as noted in that section?
XXX2: it might be better to mention about FFSv2 on root:
      - i386 requires /usr/mdec/bootxx_ffsv2 on installboot(8)
      - sparc64 bootblk doesn't support loading secondary boot from FFSv2 (yet)
XXX3: sparc64 examples are not fully checked.
