Log Message:
Add necessary entries for the NetBSD 5.0 release notes.  This job is is
really quite frustrating because people aren't using the man-refs.pl
script.  If we're worried about entries that are removed from current,
then the script should be modified to ensure that it only adds and never
removes entries from the database.
