Log Message:
Update NetBSD/cobalt Restore CD HOWTO:
- update the how-to-create section for the newer 5.0_BETA restorecd
- prepare a full "how-to-use" section based on instructions.txt
  in the restorecd script and misc improvements from Havard Eidnes
- write the "Restore CD Internals" section for future other developers
