Log Message:
Redo the webpages on rump.

First and foremost, move the documentation into its own directory
docs/rump and away from docs/puffs to try to dispell the myth that
rump and puffs somehow depend on each other (newsflash: they don't).
Still, leave puffs/rump.html to describe what effectively is the
p2k use case.  Don't bother to rename to preserve old links.

Also, describe recent advances such as rump system calls and the
networking stack.
