Log Message:
Pull "port pc532 retired" news from index.xml (it isn't worth to play
around xsl files for a dead port which won't be updated anymore)
with some more manual tweaks:
- 1.5.3 has been moved under pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-archive on ftp
- remove links for "future releases"
