Not always. If you set the font in "firmware" there's no way to change
it. The screenshots were taken within NetBSD system!

If it is so my "alarm" was unnecessary. :)

I had Helvetica 14 pts for sans-serif as default font (seen on the
screenshots). Changing it to Arial 14 pts changed nothing. That's the
problem.
