src/share/man/man7/pkgsrc.7
It is just a small man page pointing to pkg_add, pkg_delete, pkg_info,
and the pkgsrc guide.

What should be the content of pkgsrc(7)?

My goal was to get rid of the partly duplicated information and
collect all information about pkgsrc variables and targets in one
place, the pkgsrc guide. Also, noone was maintaining packages(7)
for years (except me).
