I tried this and "make install-doc" as the Makefile suggests.  It fails
to complete.  The end of the message looks like below.  Can you regen
this for now while I try to figure out what's wrong.  Thanks.

I am also going to add a README into htdocs/Documentation/pkgsrc
explaining that files in that directory are generated and point to the
correct place to edit and generate them.
