pkg/33449: adopt to new pkgsrc-related XML entities:
- offer to download latest stable pkgsrc tarball by default.
- provide a link to pkgsrc-current tarball as well.
- there are no "other" downloads - all are the pkgsrc stuff.

While here:
- we're not setting up anoncvs, but rather using it.
- cleanup a bit.
