pkg/33449: extend and cleanup pkgsrc entities.

Now pkgsrc related XML entities looks as follows:

  pkgsrc.(version|branch).(current|latest|previous)
  [(url|filename).]pkgsrc.tarball.(current|latest|previous)

But please note not all entities are actually defined (for example,
there is no pkgsrc.branch.current; see the file).

Define pkgsrc.branch in context of pkgsrc.version, and *.pkgsrc.tarball
in context of branch and version.
