For different reasons, I did a "make clean; make" at the top level and
then looked at the differences from "cvs diff", that's how I found those
files... and a few other problems I am investigating right now :-(

So there's nothing wrong with the recursion itself but I guess we do not
- and maybe cannot - have all dependencies for all the files.
