Log Message:
- remove specific directory names and version numbers from paths in examples
- SYS_UBOOT file in releasedir isn't gzipped
- rbootd.tgz is now placed in /pub/NetBSD/arch/hp300/rbootd.tgz,
  not in each releasedir.
- fix links to YAMAMORI Takenori's sun-rbootd English page
- fix some html (sorry dumb html but it's still better than obsolete)
