Log Message:
Update all entries for worldwide NetBSD CDROM sellers. Information
was checked against their public websites, and some comments were
added to warn about possible/existent nitpicks (if anybody have a
time and competency, please fix them as requested there). Sorted
by version then alphabeticaly.

While here, fix XML ID for Linuxiso.co.uk (my bad).
