Log Message:
Initial addition of the documentation written during the tmpfs Google Summer
of Code 2005 project.  This comes in the form of a new NetBSD Internals book
as suggested by several developers.

The documentation currently includes a detailed chapter about file systems
development plus two extra chapters with some (ok, few) information about
memory management and regression testing.
