Update for move of ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc.tar.gz is
to ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/pkgsrc-current.tar.gz.

Use new entities &url.pkgsrc.current.tarball; and
&filename.pkgsrc.current.tarball; while there.
