The HTML is to be committed after the XML. And the HTML has to be
regenerated after the XML commit.
The webpage has your new content but has CVS revision info for the
previous September change.
I realize my commits have same mistake :)
This slows it down since you end up generating the HTML twice (and for me
that it is about 45 to 60 seconds each time).
I had misunderstood and just thought committing XML and then HTML was good
enough. But I see developers/htdocs.html documents this.
