Log Message:
Rototill the IPv6 section, concentrating on fixing the 6to4 instructions.
* Discuss briefly the 6to4 relay anycast prefix.
* Use the 6to4 relay anycast address for the default 6to4 route.
* Correct some of the terminology and wording.

Much work remains.
