A cleanup:
	* Remove dead links and correct wrong ones.
	* The weekly check also warns about vulnerable packages as pointed
	  by Thomas.
	* pkgsrc is no longer under a freeze.
	* Indent.
	* Note that this file should be updated whenever a new branch is
	  created.
	* Comment out the section on how to import or update a package
	  because that's already present in the pkgsrc developers guide
	  (I've added a link to the exact page where it's explained).
