Log Message:
- Moved the webtoc into the "about pkgsrc" table cell. This uses the
  available space better, especially for Firefox.
- Removed unnecessary rowspan attribute.
- Replaced incorrect <span> with <div> elements.
- Removed inline CSS elements.
