Log Message:
- Add a template for <pubdate role="cvstag">.  If role="cvstag" is
  specified, "Published: YYYY/MM/DD" is added just before the literal output.
  The label "Published: " can be customized in non-English docs by
  redefining a template "l10n.pubdate.label" in their language-dependent
  directories.

- Add a template for sdataEntity PI.
