Some last changes via releng:

- reworded the "why we went to 2.0" since it wasn't apparent we'd done
  SMP on 1.6 for all the platforms listed as "in a previous release".
- added the amd64 line discussed under Kernel additions.
- reworded/cleaned up the bittorrent stuff.
- added a paragraph about signing all the binaries.
- Shuffled order of some of the feature adds.

- Add alternative to paypal.
