Sync with english via patch from Mike M. Volokhov:
- mention the Bulgarian translation;
- fix number of supported platforms;
- rearrange a list of platforms: xen, prep, ibmnws;
- XWindow system based on 4.4.0 only;
- "latest stable" -> just "stable".
