Sync with english:
- Update the information about included XFree86 versions (we provide
  XFree86 4.4.0 on all platforms that support XFree86 on NetBSD).
- One more update from releng, and a rather good one: NetBSD/prep will
  be available as a binary release. Bump the number of ports for which
  will be available as a binary release.
