Update for NetBSD 2.0:
 * Polishing language
 * make hostnames more obivous (why is there no <hostname> in docbook?!)
 * Give overview of config files, before diving into explaining them
 * remove defaults from example named.conf
 * try to explain the options in named.conf
 * Try to explain concepts that were totally missing before: zones,
   ressource records, SOA, ... XXX this needs more work!
 * Try to explain how reverse resolving works. XXX needs more work! :(
 * Update example root.cache file
 * Xref BIND Operator's Guide (unfortunately not installed on NetBSD,
   only available in /usr/src)
 * Use www.NetBSD.org as example, not www.mclink.it
 * Update nslookup example a bit, and add dig example

XXX someone please re-structure/re-write this section, with introducing
    basic concepts first! Kludging them in now won't make this chapter
    more readable. :(
