Log Message:
Removed old email address for Scott Telford. He said it hasn't worked
for some years now and at his request his current email address is not
listed.

Also, change URL for his "original NetBSD MCA page". The old website
will probably disappear soon, he said.

This was based on a note posted using WWW Feedback form from st
of tty00.org.
