Log Message:
Convert supporting-cast.* to xml, remove the old files and add a note
about it to errors/index.html

There's still some issues, like even/odd shading, and ulinks in <area> that
will be fixed soon.

As said, grant and me will continue to look at this.  Translations will have
to be fixed too.
