Log Message:
do not recomment -E by default; make the recommended instructions
use separate 'build' into DESTDIR and 'install=/' afterwards

describe when the user may want to use -E, and warn it may be
potentially dangerous

also formulate the paragraph about initial compilation
taking time better; it was overcomplicated
