For future reference:
When making changes to htdocs/Changes/index.list, please run either
'make' from htdocs/Changes, or 'make index' from htdocs.  Then do commit
all the translations index-pages as well -- the easiest way to do this
is via 'make commit' from htdocs, or 'make MSG='some relevant message'
commit'.
