add IBM PS/2 model 90/95 E to list of supported systems (serial console only,
problems with 'pc'/vga display ATM)
update status of IBM PS/2 MCA SCSI adapter - have the hw now
add note that booting 1.44MB floppies from 2.88MB drive is supported now
