Log Message:
Initial translation of NetBSD-1.5.3 announcement to spanish.  As usual,
by Julio Merino (jmmv at hispabsd dot org).  Index site also available, but
not yet committed, as it links to 1.5.3 announcement.  Will commit that
when 1.5.3 is officially released.
